Hello Sir, Madam,
This is to bring in your kind attention that one plus company is making fake commitments with costumers . I have very saddened and feeling cheated after having an encounter with One Plus customer care .
Its not even an year since I bought one plus 9R also added additional warranty till August 2023 on top of it .
I have been noticing a point appearing on my touch screen from last week .
Also my phone hungs every now and then for which I requested OS reimaging.
It was indeed shocking to receive a phone call from their arrogant engineer who bluntly asked me to deposit money for this under warranty issue .
When I told that my product is under and should be repaired without cost he disconnected the line .
Also indicated that there is physical damage on my screen and same was verified while handling my phone to courier agent .
It was of no avail and hence I requested him to drop me an email to specify under what circumstances they are not intending to fix this simple issue .
But since they know its purely forging with customers he simply initiated dispatch for my cell .
I need your intervention as mine is not the only case they are kind of habitual offenders making profits with such malpractices .
