I have order a one plus 7T mobile in one plus official website on[protected] Monday) by online payment with my credit card with the amount of 34, 999, when i received the parcel and opened the box there was only two old hard disk in it, and no handset and its accessory are not found in the box, I raised the complaint in one plus website the complaint id is[protected], whenever i call the customer services[protected] they say's we will call back in 24 - 48 hrs and resolve your issue, But still no proper call or response from them, the problem / complaint was not solved still, so fare i have not received handset/mobile /any refund of my payment Rs.34, 999, kindly please provide a solution As Soon, i have provided some details below
