OnePlus India — Old product received as replacement | |||
Under warranty my bullet earphone malfunctioned as oneplus does not have service center near my home I requested for pickup and drop service offered by oneplus... They promised excluding courier travelling time they will fix or replace the product within 1 day... But they didn't do it as per promise, so I contacted many times but service center never received any calls, so tried in tollfree number and contacted national consumer forum, after that they sent an email and called on my phone and said product is not repairable and we will send a new and sealed replacement.. After some days I have received the package but its not sealed and not a brand new packet as promised.. Even it doesn't have any brand wrap or packet or seal... Basically oneplus sent me a refurbished old product as a replacement not a new one as per policy and promise... So i am contacting them repeatedly they also accepted that and always taking times to give me a proper solution.. For oneplus incomitency I have to buy new product and have to burn money due to oneplus bad service.. Now they are not replying.. Its more than a month now... I am feeling like harrashed they should give me a proper solution.. They should send me sealed and new replacement also I would expect the cost I burned because of them... Till now no communication after taking 7 days to solve my issues... I am planning to approach local Consumer court to get settlement... Very bad service from onepls...
