I submitted the repair request for my one plus 3 on 20-june-2020, it was picked up by the servify agent on 26-june-2020. Since then there was no update or no response from one plus team.
After writing e-mails (As no one answers phone at one plus service center), i got update on 10-july-2020 that phone is being diagnosed. Then on 11-july service engineer called me and informed that parts are not available for next 2-3 months.
I do not understand this. One needs the phone in this difficult time and work from home situation. One plus is not considering this.
One plus should not sale their products if they can not keep up with the parts and after sales serivce. Was this information helpful? |
