I am Shanmugam Bought a OnePlus Y Series 80 cm (32 inches) HD Ready LED Smart Android TV 32Y1 (Black) (2020 Model) | B08B42LWKN (
B08B42LWKN ) in April 2021. From the time i bought i had issues with the display and many other problems, On 29 October i had made a complaint to customer care number[protected]Complaint Number -[protected] )regarding this, They told me a tat time of 48 hours and promised me that the issue will be solved in 48 hours. Every once in 86 hours i will call the customer care and ask for the status. They would promise me 48 hours tat, Like this i have been following them past 60 days but nothing happened.
I dont understand why they are not solving my issue because of this we were not watching TV for 60 days . I am psychologically depressed and upset of ONE PLUS COMPANY.
Kindly request to solve the problem ASAP, I had good hope with the ONE PLUS brand but all in vain.
