We ordered three items from the one plus site - 8T Lunar Silver Phone, Bumper Case and tempered glass. The package was delivered to us on 19th Nov with only 2 items. The 8T phone was not in the package. Despite repeated calls to customer care, the logistics company that delivered the product has not taken any responsibility or ownership that the phone has not been delivered. I have requested for multiple callbacks and all i have been told is that the product is delivered. I sent video proof that the package when opened didn't have the phone in it. Yet, every time i call customer care i keep being told that please give us 48 hours. I have given them over 4 days and no resolution yet. I'm out 46000 Rs and no phone yet One Plus has taken zero liability of their own logistics company.
