I bought my One Plus 9R mobile on 29.12.2021 and it is within warranty.
From the First Month itself I started having multiple issues with my mobile. Authorised One plus service centre team updated my mobile's software multiple times. Still issues are recurring and they are in multiple. Whenever I approach Service Centre, they ask to call Customer Service Call Centre, Whenever I call Customer Service Call centre they ask me to reach service centre.
The following are the listed issues :
- Mobile is getting hanged.
- Whenever I use search bar to open apps, it is re-routing me to home screen and is getting hanged for a while.
- Apps are always getting crashed. Everytime, I have to unstall and re-install the app.
- Though the mobile scrolling smoothness kept in 120hz, still the scrolling is hard and it is not like other One Plus phones.
- Most of the times, I have to restart my Mobile to get the signals in my mobile.
