I have submitted my one plus bullets wireless z blutooth device for repair through pick up and drop service on 29th August 2021. I am in touch with your customer care since last 4-5 days they are giving me foolish answers that you will receive your device in 2 days. Even though the repair of my device is completed on 8th September 2021 till date I have not received my device.
