OnePlus India — One plus Tv y series

I bought OnePlus Tv and it's been 10 days ...contacted My G showroom from were I bought it and OnePlus customer care and chat box several several times...but no response...The techinician contacting us morning telling, we are coming evening their...and evening they will tell, they cldnt come...will come Tmrw ..this is repeating in a way tht I regret purchasing this Tv and started hating this brand...if I had bought some other tv, I cld use the same day itself...highly dissapointed ..Ur customer care executive, also trying to give some vague answers...they told will install within 72 hours and now it's been 10 days...very disappointed..OnePlus one last request, can u take back this Tv and give us a refund...I will buy some other Tv and use it the next hour...
