I am writing this in regards to OnePlus 10T 16gb ram latest launch phone, which i bought on launch date 09/05/2022.
Exactly after completing 19 days of regular use. Phone turned dead.
Very less use and unkownly it turned dead.
I went in service station I thought I should get replacement then an there however got to know it's out of 15days replacement warranty. Which I was not informed at the time of purchase.
Now my brand new phone which I paid upfront and didn't do any Emi purchase.
I got to know further procedure about fixing the issue. Now they have to open my brand new phone and have to reuse the same phone after fixing the problem. I feel all due to manufacturer fault, onepluse could not make long-lasting quality phone, and I have to suffer inconvenience.
I am very disappointed with OnePlus 15 day replacement policy.
I feel very sad, now I have to use repaired phone. As authenticity of band new will be void.
If it would have been my fault turning the phone dead. I would have accepted it. But it's more painful to disgust fact that, I paid upfront to choose to go with onleplus brand and got disappointment in 19days o[censored]se.
If you can unchanged your so called policy and make one OnePlus customer happy again. Then I believe sky is the only limit. Else I can say down fall is inevitable if this is how OnePlus going to treat loyal customer.
