Hi Rohan from Delhi. I complaint my oneplus 32inch Y-series tv repair service on 23-aug-2022. Tv has issue regarding display problem. Technician check and said that our tv will replace with new one . But at that time no repair or replace service given me. It's already complete over 2 and half months of my complaint. And my tv shows only black screen when we ON the tv.
Company send me mail for waiting 7/10 working days, 4 times same message. They do not give me exact date of replace or repair service. When I call customer care they send my complaint head staff but again head staff send me same message of 7/10 working days waiting. Very bad service. My conplaint ID is IN05160TV[protected].
