I purchased one oneplus 5 phone with imei sr # [protected] on 22nd june2017. Offlate, there were some charging issues and non connection of app 'android auto' with my newly purchased car, hence i showed my phone at your service centre at seawoods grand central mall, navi mumbai. The service report and invoice are attached.
The service report now says that they have diagnosed mlb related issue and need to replace for which charges would be rs 24, 830/.
You will appreciate that such kind of damages cannot happen overnight and that too in such a expensive phone of rs 38000/.
You may look into the issue and arrange to replace the phone in view of above damages which may have happened gradually but came to my notice when i experienced difficulty and approached your service centre.
The dash charging system also takes it's sweet time though it is supposed to charge within 30 mnts.
