I purchased the phone on Jan 2018, but I started experiencing the back paint chipping issue from the back panel, contacted the customer care they guaranteed me that my back panel will be replaced under warranty, since last 2 month I am trying to reach out to the service centers in Bangalore, but every time they say that there is no stock available, now I am frustrated from this poor after sale services.
No impact on the customer care, they are asking to wait, and If my device runs out of warranty they wont even change it after that. Was this information helpful? |
