My OnePlus 5T’s battery is not working properly and upon several follow ups I was told up to send the device to OnePlus service centre and they would get it replaced. Once the device reached your representative called me and said that my device is at end of life and hence battery cannot be replaced and accordingly the same is being sent back to me. To my surprise your app notification contradicted from what l was told over the phone. It showed that my device has been repaired and dispatched. What a waste, is this how you cheat on Indians? You say something else to the customer and put on record something else. # cheat.
If as an organisation, cannot make available a battery at your Services Centre how on earth we cam get in the market?
