I wanted to order a case and temper for one plus 6t. But i misplaced my order for one plus 6 cover. I turned down the order on the advise of your customer care support. Its been a month. No refund initiated. When contacted customer care, each time they tell me we don't know what's the problem. U ll receive it in 2 days. No action taken. Very bad service. I have contacted them nearly 10 times. But the same response everytime
