OnePlus India — oneplus 6t | |||
My phone just stopped working after 15days of purchase and the oneplus is refusing to replace my mobile with a new one. It's under warranty and is as good as new with all its accesories and box intact. I have posted the video of my mobile to help people know the problem better. I am very disappointed with this act by oneplus. It's their duty to provide the consumer with the authentic product and replace it if there's some error. If this issue doesn't gets resolved with next few days then i am gonna ask all my acquaintances to boycott products by oneplus. I have had oneplus 1, oneplus3, oneplus5, oneplus 6 and now oneplus6t. If this is how they treat their customers then it's better to stay away from companies like these. +1 videos Was this information helpful? | |||
