OnePlus India — Oneplus 9 phone protection plan | |
Dear sir, My order id is M[protected] I ordered on 26 april 2021 protection plan for my oneplus 9 phone...the deliver time was 30 april which was ro be delivered on last date 30 april but still not delivered. I delivered my oneplus 9 phone on 18 april and as per rules and policy of protection plan the plan should get activate within 15 days from date of purchase and according to that the last date is 2 may 2021 but still i didn't receive my activation code If i purchase phone and protection plan from one plus it is only because i want perfect service in return for this i had done complain reminderso many time through mail and phone by talking to your customer care agent but they online provide complain id ... As i wasted so many time and got mentally disturbed i want full compensation regarding this as i m not here to do this as i am a customer not a service provider ... whenever i mail or call to customer care they always say ...that check your mail or phone that you will receive your activation code ...is ma here to do this ..is i am selecting oneplus for this Was this information helpful? | |
