OnePlus India — Oneplus 9R stopped working within 1.5 month from purchase. No support from service centre

I purchased the phone on 27 nov 22. It had some issues of network and no voice during call from the beginning. The phone body was fine. I didn't check phone internally for damages ( no one does). On 9 Jan 22 the phone stopped working while I was watching a Instagram video. The phone never fell down. There r no physical damages on the phone. Now the service centre is saying that the phone has internal damage and it is not covered in warranty. But the one plus call center people say that it is covered in warranty if there is no external physical damage on the phone. But ilon calling the customer care on call they do not acknowledge the complaint on mail or something. Whom to ask for help. Why should I pay more 12-13000 rupees on a 40000 phone just within 1.5 month of purchase.
