OnePlus India — Oneplus buds pro

I purchased one pluse buds pro on 8th of Oct 2021 and I recieved that product on 11th of Oct but some charging issue in buds pro so send back to one pluse services center but yet not replaced my product product recived on service center on 14th Oct 2021 and services center rise request for replace product but yet not received product alredy 15 days gone I send this product I call to customer care they said it required more 5-6 days and also said me products out of stock, one plus is big company so 10 days product out of stock it is not true ans something get wrong . service center have some issue and they not give proper response .hope you will rise this issue and make my product as soon as possible also I had left knee surgery so I am not able to move and go the service center so please try to help ...my refrence id as follow -MUTKYKTNQMXC
