I am just fed up with Oneplus customer care. They are not at all helping me out. I am facing issues with my OnePlus buds pro for almost a month now. I sent it for a repair twice and they send it back saying that the issue is fixed but it isn't. The charging case of One plus buds pro is continuously making beep sounds after the firmware update. I mentioned them regarding the same. I have sent emails including the attachment as part of a proof. But the never replied to me. I am just waiting for their email.
When I talk to their customer service they all keep on saying nthe same thing that I have stopped believing them. Now when I get frustrated and angry on them they put me on the hold while asking permission from me and after a while disconnect the call. Then I have to call them again and and start over. I am now tired and I think that I wasted ₹10000 for a useless & defective product & nobody from Oneplus seems to help me. If you cannot help me here please atleast give me the information so that I can complain about OnePlus.
