Dear Sir,
I have created a ticket for my device repaired when it was in warranty period and talked with OnePlus customer care they checked and suggested me OneCareplus app for creating a repair request for my device, And i did the same And I created a request on 20 Dec 2021 and on 30 Dec 2021 today I got a message your device is dispatched from service center. And for this confirmation I am talking again with Oneplus customer care they are saying your device is not in warranty period.
So this is your mistake i had 6 days warranty before submitting my device so you laps my warranty in traveling So this is your fault. When I asked Onepluss customer care you should respond that you go fast with your nearest service center to check your device so I should do this. But you as per your suggestion am doing same. And in the end, my device was not repaired and coming back. This is a blunder mistake you are doing..
I do not want to complain but as per their chat support and service really i am not happy. I will never recommend Oneplus to anyone.
This is a very costly device I can't afford always.
I hope you understand and please give me justice
