I place request to fix my in-warranty mobile phone nord 2 . Today on 30th, sep, 2022, I got call from servify, they asked me to pay 8300 approximately by saying the phone is damaged, However, I gave the intact phone . Either their courier partner or they themselves might have caused the damage to the phone .
Now, they are denying to fix the in warranty phone without the money .
Their onsite warranty policy is worst and I lost my hard earned 28 k by buy this phone .
Update : I called the one plus care after trying to call their toll free number, After trying to call them 28 times, finally on 29th attempt the call got connected . Now, their executive saying that it's your fault you should record the video before sending us .
---- I had not bought your phone, if I had knew that to fix my in warranty phone, i will have to do so much formalities .
To Conclude, Because of their delivery partner or their service partner mistake, I would have to bear the cost of the damage of my mobile . Was this information helpful? |
