Hello,
I ordered a OnePlus 10R Mobile phone and made payment by Credit Card and it is not delivered to me on 27th May 2022 because delivery person of BLUEDART told me that your device not acceptable for exchange.
After it, OnePlus Cancelled my order and it returned to OnePlus Warehouse on 31st May 2022 but OnePlus India didn't initiated my refund so far.
I called more than 5 times to OnePlus Support but they also don't have not update for my refund amount. Whenever I call to OnePlus Voice support, they ask me to wait for 24-48hrs.
It has been more than 10 days, I didn't get my refund amount.

Please take legal against them and provide my refund.
