I purchased one plus Tv on 01-Oct-21 and it is having issue with Date & Time.
Everytime we Switchon the TV we need to manually setup the data & Time.
Raised first complaint on 07-Oct-21 and still now they keep on saying that issue with Service team and escalation. Repair analyst visited home and said issue with Product and you will get a replacement TV as the issue in defective in Tv.
Whenever i called & send email to ciustomercare they will keep on extend the resolution date by every 7-10 days and the deadline is keep on going to 4 months.. Was this information helpful? |
