Respected sir, I had purchased one plus Nord 2 as on 9 sep 2021 from the next day only the handset started giving hang and auto restart issue. I complain the issue to one plus care and also to relaince digital from where I purchased the phone. One plus care had updated and checked my phone two times. Every time said now handset will not give any problem. But the phone is still giving the same issue. I am totally harrashed and tired not. One plus care is 30 kms from me and i 6 times approcHed the care. I am feeling like I am punished for purchasing the one plus brand. It's my first purchase of one plus. And I am feeling like fraud is happened to me . My 35000 are gone waste. I wanna post my story on social sites so that some people get saved from such harrashment. Will one plus help me out ?
