OnePlus India — OnePlus Refund amount isn't credited to my account | |
Dear Sir, On last 23rd June, I've ordered a mobile phone( INR 40789.00) via OnePlus official app and paid through my Debit Card. By mistake, the order was cancelled by me within 5 minutes. After long follow-ups with OnePlus, they've given the refund reference id number but the amount isn't credited to my account so far. It's been 13 days more. They've given 2 types of refund order id. They are cheat me. Kindly solve the issues immediately. Was this information helpful? | |
