I have purchased a one plus Y series tv one and half month before the TV visibility is not clear it is appearing with green shades. It has been two months of complaining about it they just keep on says that the service will be done within a week but no technician arrives again we complain to OnePlus service the same is given, but no one comes. I have repeatedly given the complaint for more than 7-8times. We are really frustrated about it. The tv just purchased on 2 October 2021 within that as a problem but no action/response from the service center such a irresponsible behaviour towards the customer's complaint.
