I bought OnePlus U1S 126 cm (50
inch) Ultra HD (4K) LED
Smart Android TV from flipkart on[protected]. After two months i am facing screen flickering issue. I completed to customer care and got complaint no INSI[protected] dated 07.07.22. After that technician visited to inspact the tv and he told screen will be replaced then issue will resolve. After that customer care told your screen panal is in order and due to unavailability of panal your issue is not getting resolve, it will be done by 3 to 5 working days. I again and again getting same information from customer care by complaint number[protected] dt-20.07.22. After that I got a mail from oneplus with complaint no[protected] dt-28.07.22 on[protected], in that mail they told that sure will resolve by 7 to 10 working days. After 10 days again I got a mail to wait more 7 to 10 days. I can't u understand which type of service providing oneplus.
