OnePlus India — oneplus tv u1s 65. delivered defective product. no response for for technician visit for replacement

It's been 18 days now. I have requested for a replacement for my TV because it was diffective . No technician has been assigned till now. No technician has called me or visited my place till now. Please look into the matter
