The issue that I have experienced was: I wanted to purchase Type C to USB cable for my charger. I mistakenly placed order wrong cable with both side Type C. When the product delivered to me. I noticed and called to One Plus customer care and they denied it to return or replace with new order, which I want to purchase actually.
I accepted that I ordered wrong product but I don't even use this product and inform them immediately to return or get it change by new order of different cable that I need. But They are strict to their policies and not even caring about their valuable customers. I lost my money (1100/-) and there is no use of this product to me. This is totally garbage for me. I can't use it.

I would request One Plus to get this product return. I have just kept this product as it is not opening the box.
If they can allow me to purchase new cable on their store with same money. This will be more enough for me. Nothing else.
