I am facing oneplus TV screen issue from past 25 days and raised the complaint with one plus support team on 15 August 2022
I have followed up more than 20 times and support team escalated this issue multiple times but didn't get any response.
I am so frustrated with the OnePlus Service. My TV is under warranty. No Help is being provided/I called oneplus voice support every time they say your issue is escalated within 24-48 Hour you will receive call or email from escalation team they never call or neither email.
