OnePlus India — Problem in oneplus 2 handset | |||||
We purchased warranty extension in nov'15 from b2x service solutions india pvt ltd. For our one plus 2 handset via order id no.[protected] and order item id - [protected]. We are currently facing display issue in our handset due to which we cannot view the display screen of our mobile and can neither operate mobile in any way. We contacted at various email ids of b2x and after quite a long span, finally received a response that our product is not covered under warranty as the same was not registered within a specific time after purchase of warranty. At the time of warranty purchase, we didn't received any such intimation for registration. We duly paid amount of rs. 1049 for this extended warranty service, however b2x refused to entertain our complain due to non-registeration. Kindly provide us with some sort of solution and get our handset repaired. Waiting for your revert at the earliest. Was this information helpful? | |||||
