OnePlus India — Red cable pro account activation issue

I was purchased my red cable pro account on 30/4/2022, customer care person told will recieve code within 24hrs, but till now I didn't recieved,
Now also they are telling same story ask me to wait for 48 t0 72hrs.
Kindly help me sir
I will share screen shot for purchase and payment details also for further details.
