Hello,
Please refer to the attached email about a refund order.
I had ordered a OnePlus phone on 31st July and it was automatically cancelled immediately after placing it due to some technical issues.
However, money was deducted from my credit card. Since I had opted for an EMI option, the EMI account has been opened by the bank in my name.
The refund, which I was supposed to receive within 48 hours of cancellation of the order, has not been received as of today i.e. even after 7 days. Every time, I call customer care, I am told that my refund has been initiated and will be reflected in my account in a day or two.
Please help to get my money refunded by OnePlus at the earliest as I need to purchase a new phone but I am stuck due to this issue.
