It has been noted that my OnePlus 9 5G phone gets a green line at the middle of the display from top to bottom without any physical damage in phone due to the software update done on End of the week Of July. I've called customer care number and they insisted to factory data reset the phone. The same has been done as per their voice but the issue persist. I've then visited the nearest service centre i.e., OnePlus service center Madurai and they've keep on made false commitment dates on voucher related exchange since they do not have the replacement available with them. They've also diagnosed te phone visually and told that this phone is eligible for voucher. But they're denying to provide voucher and I've keep on calling them on said days for past 10days. I've also raise mail complaint regarding this they want me to visit exclusive store which is far away from my location. Selling me the defective product and ordering customer to travel long and making false commitment made me to lodge a compliant against OnePlus India and OnePlus service center, Madurai. Requesting you to take action against them and kindly help me to get resolution from the company.
