OnePlus India — Repair of my Yseries oneplus tv which is not been done since july 2022

From last two months i am raising complaints through your consumer service (call) in order to get my television repaired as the display has stopped working within the warranty period itself. Then an executive visited and said that the part needs to change which they will place an order for once it is delivered then they will visit again and get the tv repaired. But the process has not been completed also i was been provided false assurance multiple times and also the associates were transferring my call to IVR for survey without providing any resolution. At last today one of the associate informed me that the email id linked with the complaint was wrong and she has updated the actual email id and highlighted the same to the senior team. Last but not the least in order to reolve my issue i request you'll to kindly look into the matter and help me get the tv repaired or else provide me a replacement instead of harrassing me any further. FROM ONE OF YOUR MOST FUSTRATED CUSTOMER WHO IS NOT AT ALL THANKFUL AND HAPPY WITH YOUR SERVICE
