One plus 40 inch TV was purchased from Croma Chennai anna nagar on 29th October, delivered on 30th October and installation was done in week. After few days o[censored]sage there was a display issue, complaint was registered with croma as. One plus technician came over to check on 8th Dec 2021 and confirmed replacement will be done in a week. It's been 3 weeks and no replacement was done. Also no proper response from one plus and croma. Phone calls are being ignored. Highly disappointed. Need replacement asap.
