I purchased a new one plus nord ce in month of September. from the very beginning of purchase .I am continuously getting the hang of it and a lag in every video i play whether i am playing it online or it is downloaded already. I went to service center as well but after upgrading from one plus authorized service Center. They told me i will be not getting these issues again, but problem remains the same also sometimes i am not receiving incoming calls voice Try to fix this asap or replace my phone .I can not use that phone after spending a huge amount and getting this error in a new phone. I have submit my phone to customer care delivery boy on 26.10.2021 but not received any update till now. Experience to talk with customer care is pathetic and horrible continuously following through mail from 14.10.2021 but not get a single revert till now. really shameful experience from one of reputed brand. never recommend to any one .
