I ordered a one plus wireless bullets 2 on april 27th 2020. As the coronavirus outbreak happened, i decided to cancel the product. I spoke to one of their associates and they say that i had to reject the product.
But their delivery guy delivered the product to the security and went away. I called their customer support immediately and they said that they'd come pick up the product immediately. I have not received any news about them since the day it was delivered and my amount is now stuck. I've tried several ways to connect to their customer care ever since but they never reply. Please help me so that i can return this product and receive my amount of rs 6000. I'm a student who's staying in bangalore and without money it's extremely difficult for me to survive.
