Sir i had taken z bass edition neckband from oneplus company which was in warranty period and i gave it to the company for repair using service onepluscare app given by the company (picked up from me on 6th july and on 18th july) ) I got the empty box through courier, sir, it has been so many days, the company people have not taken any action nor are they asking me to give back my product, there is no response from their side please help me sir and i need my get the product back i will be very grateful to you
