Sir/Madam,
With ref. to complaint launched on oneplus portal (complaint id-591250) i have described all the problems which i am encountering from day one o[censored]sing the cell phone. some of the issues for your kind information are as under,
1. Ringer key-not doing its intended purpose
2. Updated application not being supported by handset
3.overheating at backside of cell phone
Kindly help me to resolve these issues as i am not getting a favourable response from oneplus support.

I have ordered this phone one plus 3t from Amazon on 14 March.But now this phone is heating and hangs on between.Also I am getting issue while using camera getting unknown error.I want this phone to be replaced as soon as possible.In one week this is an issue how do I was use the phone
