OnePlus India — The company do not give me my product..

I bought a OnePlus wireless z bass edition blutooth headphone...but unfortunately after 2 weeks later the headphone did not work...so that's why I book a repair on OnePlus care on 14 July...but they don't give me my headphone... I contact on OnePlus care center...they gave me many information...but all informations are false...they are lier...now the date is 31 july but I don't get my product...and they have no any information...I want to action against OnePlus company and their repair policy... their repair policy is not good as I expected...they told me that I will get my product within 10 days...but they don't give me my headphone... please do something 🙏🙏🙏
