I have reported an issue tv not working on 10 sept and a technician was booked same-day, where it was found out that panel had to be replaced. Since the tv was under warranty the pannel request was approved on 12 sept and a TAT was provided as 5 to 7 working days.
Firstly unhappy with the customer service staff as I have made more tha 8 plus calls and each time incorrect or different information had been provided
Secondary unhappy with tv as the issue occurred within 4 months of tv being purchased and lastly it's 28th sept and the issue is still not fixed not anyone is able to confirm anything
Extremely pathetic service and had never expected this from OnePlus
I think the last option is for me to tag the OnePlus heads on the social edia platform to notify them how the service is gone bad to worst Was this information helpful? |
