OnePlus India — Tv issue not resolved till more than 2 months has passed

I bought a TV U1s(50ich) on 15th of April. unfortunately the tv was defective so I register a complain on 5th august regarding display issue . my tv is dead from last 70 days. but nothing has been done by company till yet . ever time a contacted customer care they replied me by the fixed dialogues. very cheap services by a trusted brand . totally disappointed by the one plus.
please provide me refund or replacement .I will not accept any repair.

Updated by AayushMittal My complaint is not solved yet ! There is no information about complaint status from company's end . As 3 months has passed after registering complaint nothing has been done by company!
