#OnePlus #oneplustv My television is not working and I’ve lodged my 1st complaint with OnePlus Customer care on 17/5/22 .Till date the issue has not been resolved ( its more 5 months) till now, I’ve been calling the customer care every time they say 7-10 days more, not getting updates.
I’ve been sending e-mails to follow-up, but in vain.
It’s been embarrassing to me in front of my family members & many guests & neighbors who visit my house to sit in front of this blank television. It is also very disheartening for my family members to spend their lonely time without any entertainment from this television which was the subject matter in buying the same.
So i request for refund my amount of Rs 46999/-and directed the company physical and mental harassment charges Rs 20000 plus interest 18% from the date of complain Was this information helpful? |
