I had a panel issue for my oneplus TV(U1S series-55") which was purchased from Flipkart on 27/06/2021. I registered the complaint on 7th of August 2022. A service engineer had visited and put up a request for panel replacement since the product is still under warranty(panel warranty-2 years).
It has been almost 2 months now and I've not got my product repaired. While I contacted the service agent, they have no information regarding when the replacement product will arrive. And I had been repeatedly contacting the customer care number and that was of no use, since everytime they say that the product repair will happen within a maximum 5 working days but that never happened. Now I'm totally dissatisfied with how oneplus takes care of their customers. The product repair turnaround time (currently 2 months and still counting)is not at all acceptable and is way beyond the industry standards. Was this information helpful? |
