I purchased one plus Tv Y Series 43y1 on 5th nov 2021, Everytime Switch on the TV we having lot of issues hotspot, screen mirroring not working, very poor picture quality colourful display showing, we Raised first complaint on 08/02/2021 three times I raised a complaint and still now they keep on saying that issue with Service team and escalation. Repair technician visited home and he said issue with Product and you will get a replacement TV, whenever i called to customercare they will keep on extend the resolution date by every 7-10 days and the deadline is keep on going to almost 1 month.again I raised a complaint to customercare he said, some technician came to ur home and u told ur issues, customercare services and answer very poor. And totally this tv waste of money..
