I have purchased the tv from one plus website on dated[protected] and they are delivered that on date[protected],
After this they have installation process for that they send there engineer to our add and install the tv with help of there technician in next 2-3 working days,
So i have submit the installation id on date[protected] and there service engineer call me back on[protected] and told me that he will send technician on same day evening but he didn’t come so i call engineer but he is put my number on block lost and after that he text me that he will not come you have to call company for new engineer,
I had again submit new request on[protected] and again done same things with me now after that again on[protected] they generate new request and told me that technician will come same day but they didn’t come and now oneplus support team was not responding on any platform.
