I was using a 3-month old OnePlus 9R mobile which started hanging, restarting, getting black screen since last month. It was updated & factory reset by the OP Center at Faridabad 15 days back after which it again started having same set of issues.
I contacted OP customer care on 14th Feb 2022 & they told me to send the device to OP New Delhi Center for detailed inspection. The phone was picked up on 15th Feb 2022 around 1PM.
But it was only on 18th Feb 2022 around 6PM that i got an update that it has been delivered to the said service center in Delhi. That was after i had been calling OP people every day, following up over chats & after an escalation was raised.
Being from a logistics bakground, I fail to understand that how does it takes almost 4 days (all working days btw) for a cell picked up from Faridabad to get deliveredin New Delhi.
I am sure there was some fishy business going on since the servie is being provided by a third-party vendor 'Servify'. The level of trust and reliability on OP has completely shattered despite this being 5th OP in my family. Was this information helpful? |
