Respected Sir,
I had Schedule a repair of OnePlus Bullets Wireless Z on 17 September 2021 with Reference ID PDVF8PKGMZF.
The issue with headset is Mic was not not working and sound was low.
Due to some unknown reason service was cancelled and the Product was not delivered yet.
I think the device was missing from there side. I want my device back with in a stipulated time
I had called a coustmer car several times, every time they have new technical excuse about the transit shipment and the response is null from the OnePlus Coustmer care service.
